1. About Glint
Glint is an iPhone app of short brain-training games, riddles and reflection quizzes. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Not medical advice
Glint is for fun and everyday practice. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and the quizzes are for reflection only. Scores compare you with your own recent play and are not clinical measures.
3. Glint Pro subscription
- Glint Pro unlocks every game, all levels and riddles, and the full insight reports. It is offered as a monthly or a yearly auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown in the app before you subscribe and is in your local currency.
- Free trial: new subscribers get a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you are charged the price shown. An unused part of a trial is forfeited when you subscribe.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel any time in your device's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy.
- Use "Restore" in the app to get your purchase back after reinstalling or on a new device with the same Apple ID.
4. Using the app
Please use Glint for your own personal, non-commercial use, and do not copy, reverse engineer or resell it, or attempt to interfere with the app or its servers. All app content, artwork and games are owned by the developer or its licensors.
5. Apple
These terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or stop features, and may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.

3. Glint Pro 订阅

- 确认购买时通过你的 Apple ID 付款。除非在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，订阅将自动续订，并在周期结束前 24 小时内扣取续订费用。
- 可随时在设备的「设置」→ 你的姓名 →「订阅」中管理或取消订阅。删除应用不会取消订阅。退款由 Apple 按其政策处理。
- 重装应用或换设备后，使用同一 Apple ID，可在应用内点「恢复购买」找回已购内容。
4. 使用规范
请仅将 Glint 用于个人非商业用途，不得复制、反向工程、转售，或干扰应用及其服务器。应用的内容、美术和游戏归开发者或其许可方所有。
5. 关于 Apple
这些条款是你与开发者之间的协议，与 Apple 无关。Apple 的标准《授权应用最终用户许可协议》同样适用于你对本应用的使用。
6. 可用性与变更
我们可能调整、暂停或停止部分功能，也可能更新本条款，上方日期为最新版本日期。变更后继续使用即视为接受。
7. 免责与责任限制
应用按「现状」提供，不作任何保证。在法律允许的范围内，开发者不对因使用应用产生的间接或后果性损失承担责任。本条款不限制你所在地强制性消费者保护法律赋予你的权利。
